This is my first time using mms. I have read many posts about mixture and warnings. In all that I have read the activter is HCL In the kit I bought there is no HCL. The content of the kit I purchased from Amazon  consists of 1:1 Set, 1x  Citric Acid 50%, 1x Sodium Chlorite.50% solution. I assume that citric acid is more benign than HCL, but I am not sure and that is why I am here.

For citric acid are the mixing istructions the same as with HCL?

Yes, 1:1 as with 4% HCL. HCL is what is in our stomachs. Citric acid tastes terrible and may cause stomach problems for some people. You can use 50% citric acid to make CDS and it won't end up in CDS like it does in MMS1.

Please start taking MMS1 by following the  Protocol Starting Procedure

After that, follow the HRP in Jim Humble's book,  MMS Health Recovery Guidebook
