Hello,

I hope you are all well.

I've currently been taking MMS1 for roughly 8 weeks to treat chronic prostatitis from c.trachomatis that I've been suffering with for the past three years. Slowly but surely it is clearing the infection and I feel about 80% recovered. However the process has been slower that I expected, though admittedly I haven't been able to follow the full protocol of 8 doses per day due to strong herxheimer reactions. I obviously had a lot of toxic biofilms in my bowels as the reactions were concentrated in that area initially, with lots of diarrhea etc.; this certainly confirmed what i'd read in Jim Humble's book about this actually being a positive reaction, a sign that the mms is working. At this point I'm taking 5-6 doses per day, with 3 drops per dose. As I'd read that the standard protocol expects infections to clear within 3 weeks, I was quite dismayed when I reached that 3 week point and found that I was still feeling quite crap. I just attributed this to the fact that the infection was very entrenched and to the sheer amount of toxicity/biofilms. Obviously I've continued progressing since then.

I was wondering if someone could explain what distinguishes CDS from MMS1 in terms of its effectiveness and application? Is CDS more effective? Thus far I haven't bothered making CDS as I assumed It wouldn't be much different.

I was also hoping someone could link a document with an up-to-date description of the different mms/cds protocols.

Finally, I've read different comments about the need to avoid anti-oxidants while on the mms protocol. Initially I was mostly been avoiding fresh fruit and veg juice in the mornings, along with coffee and tea. However, recently I decided to resume having a fresh fruit and veg juice in the mornings to help clear toxins, making sure to take the first dose of mms at least a few hours later. I haven't been able to tell whether or not it's reducing the effectiveness of the mms. Can anyone confirm if having a juice and a coffee in the morning--3-4 hours before mms--would actually reduce its effectiveness?

Thanks!

Glad you are making progress! It can take time, as you have discovered.

You may want to move up to the next protocol by following the HRP. Also, enemas may be useful because that would put CLO2 close to the prostate gland. I would suggest using CDS for that.

The latest, approved MMS1 protocols, are only found in Jim most recent book,  MMS Health Recovery Guidebook

CDS protocols (P101 etc) can be found at  mmsinfo.org  and in Andreas Kalcker's book, Forbidden Health. There are no CDS protocols in Jim's book.

Taking antioxidant-rich foods 3 hours before beginning CLO2 daily dosing should be okay to do.

If you are using 50% citric acid MMS activator to make MMS1, you may want to try using 4% HCL instead. That may help with diarrhea.
