If the MMS1 only stays in your body for about an hour, is it necessary to wait 2 hours after the last dose of the day,    before drinking coffee or having a bit of a bigger meal?

If it was me, I would wait only one hour.

It depends on what you ingest 1 hour before starting CLO2 daily dosing. If Vitamin-C, it can stay in your body a long time. I suggest that supplements and foods high in antioxidants not be taken at any time when following a CLO2 protocol.

Right.  I was  thinking coffee  with cream and breakfast

if it’s orange juice then maybe wait the 2 hours?

My suggestion would be to decide which is more important to you and whatever your health issue is. Go ahead and continue with your usual eating & drinking habits and try CLO2. If it doesn't work, then you may know the reason why it didn't work.
