You will see that ginger is quite high in antioxidants, 3 to 4. That will reduce CLO2 in any of the CLO2 solutions, MMS1, CDH or CDS.
If you need to use ginger, use as little as necessary and between doses. If CLO2 is not working for you, that could be because CLO2 is being reduced by ginger. You could try increasing dosage to make up for the loss of CLO2.
Vitamin Drink: I just realized...my main drink outside of water is a vitamin drink ( Youngevity - full vitamin& mineral & pre/pro biotic powder adding water)
I drink it through the day and night along with water. Could I at least drink a glass in the morning when I do coffee, 2 hours before starting the 8 hour span?
or is that too much vitamin at all during this phase?
