I've decided to make my own. I called all of the pool supply places in the area (6-8 of them) to ask if they have sodium chlorite. Each said no! Should I ask for pool salt instead? Are some brands better than others? Is there a source list somewhere? Thanks!

A pool shop will supply Calcium Hyphoclorite
When calcium hypochlorite comes into contact with water, it immediately becomes hypochlorous acid.

LorettaLynnL, As Woofy said, you need Jim's latest book. But, for details on making MMS from sodium chlorite flakes, Jim's previous book is the one to have. Master Mineral Solution of the 3rd Millennium (2011): jimhumble.co/bookstore
