Can she take iodine with mms? I read somewhere that iodine can also be a treatment for cancer, which is better? In another post I read that mms counteracts iodine and causes low levels in thyroid... Is that true?

Tell me how an oxidizer does that? Do you have Jim Humble's or Andreas Kalcker's latest books? Last question; why are you even considering using MMS if you think it is dangerous?

May have been my post. And yes MMS seems to counteract iodine.
Chlorine and iodine both are oxidants and are both in the halogen group of chemicals known to replace one another if one becomes dominant.
Chlorine dioxide seems related to the halogen group because research back in 1985 showed lowered thyroid function in animals that were fed water containing ClO2.

So if one has slow metabolism issues (hypothyroidism) caused by thyroid malfunction one should use iodine, not MMS.
You can use both MMS and iodine, as suggested by ClO2, to deal with the negative effects of slow metabolism caused by hypothyroidism. But MMS will very likely not fix hypothyroidism. You'll need iodine and selenium for that.

I myself always loose my voice when on protocol 1000. Weak voice is one typical symptom of hypothyroidism. It takes iodine over a prolonged period of time to get my voice back.

I read several articles now explaining all about reverse T3, but none of them mentioning selenium as essential for the uptake of iodine.
Actually I read that if you take sufficient selenium you can take doses of iodine that normally would give adverse side effects. I understand selenium to be the iodine uptake regulator. I take 1 drop 8% Lugols 3 times a day without issues. Also 200mcg selenium per drop of 8% Lugols.

True about WIFI and all kinds of EM radiation incompatible with natural biology.

However, after 8 wk of treatment T4 levels rebounded to above pretreatment levels, coinciding with an increase in thyroid radioiodide uptake. This T4 rebound phenomenon and increased iodide uptake may be due to a compensatory endocrinological mechanism. It appears things go back to normal after some time.
