Using MMS: If you have a flu then do 6&6, then do starting procedure, then proceed to P1000.
Alternatively use CDS or CDH and do protocol 115 as described here mmsinfo.org/
Several virus related protocols using CDS or CDH, including starting procedure can be found on the above link. Including how to manufacture CDS and/or CDH and how to convert from MMS drops to CDS/CDH milliliters (ML).

For long term so-called covid infection I would do: starting procedure and proceed directly to P1000+ which is MMS+DMSO, as this will help restore damage after blood clots said to be involved in typical long term covid symptoms. Be sure to download all relevant PDFs while you still can. Good luck.
