If you pre-mix chances are MMS and DMSO will react and loose potency. I have one dropper bottle for MMS and one for DMSO. Mix as many drops you need to cover the to be treated area in a glass and apply by using fingers.
When you first are going to mix every dose separately anyway I would go for activating the MMS, then add DMSO before application.

Watch the doc posted by woofy. It will explain what you need to know.
Also, Jim Humble has recommended a black salve (Indian herb) since at least his first book on MMS.
If I had the possibility I would have purchased the ingredients and make up a batch soon as possible and get started.

I have a question- the recipe says we take 25ml of DMSO, but when it poured into the container, it was about 1 dcl, or more. Maybe the measurements are different for me. Please clarify how much DMSO should I take?

Yes it is a great documentary, a must watch.
My guess is some of the recipes 500ml of distilled water was used to moisture the herbs. The zinc chloride was dissolved in the water that was left. This is flexible. If too dry you can add some more water. Or cook out excess water if too wet.
As for the amount of DMSO it should be 25ml. He's using a small glass so it may look like it's more than that just 25ml. 25ml for glycerin as well.
