What type of water is best to use with the CDS nebulizer protocol?
As in the example given - 1 ml of CDS in 149 ml of water?
I presently use a mixture of warm tap water and table salt to rinse my nasal and sinuses. I do this rinse at least once a day and will do a second rinse if I've been around the public like grocery shopping.
