Hehe yup no need to do so, so i will add
1 ml Of 3000 ppm to a 149 ml water to get the level to 20 ppm then i will use it to fill the nebulizer ( 20 ml at 20 ppm ) multiple times.
I guess this reasonable to apply.

What type of water is best to use with the CDS nebulizer protocol?
As in the example given - 1 ml of CDS in 149 ml of water?
I presently use a mixture of warm tap water and table salt to rinse my nasal and sinuses. I do this rinse at least once a day and will do a second rinse if I've been around the public like grocery shopping.

Jim. Dont know how long ago you posted this but NEVER use tap water unless you boil it first. Use distilled.
