I have been taking MMS for about 15 years...using it as medication when I have an infection and at other times daily as a preventative. Over the years I have used lemon juice, citric acid, and HCL to activate it and also taken it as CDH. But it’s always been an effort to take it. The taste is such a deterrent. Recently I began taking it in gel capsules..4 drops of MMS with 4 drops of HCL taken with a half glass of water. Most times I burp up the gas straight away, but that’s bearable.
What I would like to know is...does the above dose represent the same as if I took a 3ml dose of activated mms/HCL in water. When I have an infection coming on e.g. herpes or flu, I take it every hour for 5-8 hours and get very positive results. Would the gel capsules be an equivalent dose and just as effective. Thank you.

I’m in my 70’s and although I tested myself for stomach acid and it seemed okay at the time, I now am on a medication to help with acid reflux. To improve the taste, add about 4 drops of SweetLeaf brand stevia, SteviaClear flavor. It does not reduce CLO2 content of CDS. mmsinfo.org/protocols/protocol_101.pdf

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
