Hey I myself have HIV and I did the protocol in March for the whole month (March 1st- April 1st). Jim Humble recommends to wait at least 3 months after doing the protocol. On July 1st I will be taking my next viral load because then it will be 3 months. I will be updating everyone here.

In his book he writes:

With HIV/AIDS, Hep C, and some other diseases, often times at the first testing during and after a MMS cleanse, the blood virus count can go extremely high. This is always a good indicator that the MMS is working, and the count will soon go low. What happens is MMS destroys the viruses. However, the white blood cells continue to absorb the dead or dying viruses. When this happens, the cells get more and more stuffed until they burst, releasing huge amounts of the dead/dying viruses. These dead/dying viruses are counted in the viral load, but they are all eventually cleaned out of the blood naturally by the body. When this cleaning process is complete, then the viral load will drop to zero. If someone who is using MMS does not understand this, they may believe they are not getting better and may stop using MMS.

I messed up big time by taking the viral load test on April 1st. On the same day I took the viral load test I was also still taking MMS. This caused my viral load to go very high. So just be aware that you have to wait at least 3 months after doing the protocol.

My diet consisted of eating everything organic. No fast foods. I ate no gluten, diary, soy. I still ate meat (grass fed only). In the morning I would eat 4 scramblred eggs, seaweed, and make myself a smoothie. In my smoothie I would put a whole avocado, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, almond milk. I took no supplements. For the whole month of March I was taking only 1 supplement and that was Chlorine Dioxide. I used distilled and filtered water for my MMS. In the night for dinner I would have a nice steak with brussel sprouts, rice, etc. I kept all my food an hour away from my MMS doses.

How I took MMS:
Ate a healthy breakfast
Waited 1 hour
Started 3 activated drops every hour for 5 hours straight
After the 5th dose I ate a little snack
Then after my little snack I wait an hour to finish off with the last 3 doses
I continue with my last 3 doses of 3 activated drops per hour.
One I finished I wait another hour and then I eat a big healthy dinner.

----

Just to let you know I do not take ARVs. I have never taken it. I tested positive for HIV and me hearing already about MMS long ago before I got tested positive for HIV I decided to give it a try in getting rid of it. I dont know what answer to give you when it comes to the HIV medication.

--

May I ask what is your viral load or what was your last viral load?
What ARV are you taking? My doctor wants me to take biktarvy.
How long have you had HIV for?

Let me know if you have any questions.

Lets see how my viral load is going to be In July. I will be taking it in July 1st but then we will have to wait about a week or less possibly for the results.

If I was you I would continue in not taking the ARVs and pretend to your doctor that you are still taking them when you see him next time for a viral load test. Over here in the states all doctors make their HIV patients take a viral load test every 3 months to see if its going up or down and to see if the ARVs they are taking is working or not. I don't know where you are in the world and how doctors work with their HIV patients but you should do what I did. Do the protocol for 4 weeks and then wait 3 months after finishing the protocol. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND TAKE THE VIRAL LOAD TEST RIGHT AFTER THE PROTOCOL. After those 3 months then take the viral load test to see if you continue staying undetectable. If you are undetectable after not taking the Odefsey for 4 months (1 month protocol & 3 months waiting) then you should be good. If you are undetectable after those 4 months of doing the protocol and not taking the Odefsey then take another viral load test 6 months later for a double confirmation. Hope you understand. This is what I would do if I was you.

Lets see how my viral load will be like in early July. I did the protocol exactly as I should. I did everything as Jim Humble said to do. I did more than what he actually wrote. He said to do it for 3 weeks and I did 4 just to be very sure. Fingers crossed I really hope I am undetectable. If this MMS turns out to be real I am going to spread it around to everyone I know and give bottles of it away for free to people.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

How many days have you been doing the MMS protocol for exactly?

DO NOT DO BLOOD WORK NOW BECAUSE YOUR VIRAL LOAD WILL BE VERY HIGH. IT IS ALWAYS HIGH AFTER TAKING MMS. DO NOT DO THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

In Jim Humbles book:

After doing the protocol you have to wait at least 3 months before taking a viral load test. If you take a viral load test now it will not be accurate.

Ok so 33 days is over a month which is good. However did you take your supplements (Vit D, Moringa, etc) while taking your MMS? Remember that you should not be taking any supplements while taking MMS. Especially Vitamin C and anything that is antioxidant. Tell me how you have been taking your supplements and how far away you have been taking them from the MMS? From my understanding is that you need to keep your supplements far away from the MMS doses.

I am taking supplements. Since I finished doing the protocol I have started taking my supplements once again. When I was doing my 1 month MMS protocol I was only taking MMS and thats it. When I finished the protocol I went back to taking my Vitamin D (5,000IU), Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin B-12 Spray, Probiotic, and I also take moringa but very little. I take 2 capsules of moringa in a week.
