Hi Everyone, I'm new here and are on the third day of the starter protocol. Having searched but not seen anything on this topic, I have a query... Is it ok to take binders, obviously at least 2 hours after finishing the 8 hourly doses? Cheers!

Jo, kindly provide a description of 'binders.' That is a new one for me, and I have lived in England and Ireland. :)

Sorry I could have been more specific. Binders I'm referring to are... activated charcoal, clays, zeolite, chlorella, humic and fulvic acids, etc.
Cheers!

Thanks, Jo. The term 'binders' is descriptive of what they do, but the term must me a UKism. :)

I suggest you read the Mold/Fungus Protocol starting on page 99 in Jim's latest book which will tell you how to use clay with MMS1.
