Hello,

I'm 48 years old, in the last 5 years I was trying to follow a healthy life style, but before one year I got sick and my condition was not diagnosed by doctors, I believe that I got a virus infection and suddenly I felt severe fatigue with random heart palpitations and breathing difficulties, no medicine worked for me, but cleansing with colloidal sliver, bentonite clay and activated charcoal has help me to eliminate the symptoms, last year I came to know about mms and I bought it this year.
I have question before I start using it:

Shall I start a Liver Detox "using Epsom Salt, Apple juice and Olive Oil" first or start using MMS the Liver Detox?

These are the symptoms I have:

- Heart palpitation.
- Chronic fatigue.
- candida.
- Prostate enlargement.
- Joints pain.

Probably do the liver flush first, because that takes a short time, whereas chlorine dioxide (CLO2) therapy using MMS1, CDH or CDS can be long-term.

Before doing the liver flush, you may want to do a bowel cleanse first, to clean out the exit pathway. One method is Dr. Richard Schulze's bowel cleanse.

And, when you do start a CLO2 therapy, be sure to begin with the Starting Procedure, then follow the HRP always keeping in mind the Three Golden Rules.

Thank you CLO2, that make sense.

I'll start first with bowel cleanse, but unfortunately to buy Dr.Richard Schulze's bowel cleanse kit it'll take time to reach to my country.
Right now in my hand I have Vitamin C "Pure Radiance C" by Pure Synergy. I can start Vitamin C flush to get rid of mucus, I think I have a lot that has accumulated in my GI tract.

So my procedures will be:

1- Vitamin C Flush.
2- Liver Flush.
3- MMS1 protocol 1000.

Hope that is the right sequence, I'll let you know the results.
