On Nov 5, 2019 I was stepping backwards and heard a pop, thought I stepped on something, looked back and only my foot was there. There was a big dimple just above my heel. I immediately went home and applied DMSO followed by chlorine dioxide spray (10 activated drops per ounce) followed by more DMSO, every hour. I also drank the MMS solution. After almost 6 weeks I’m 95% back to normal. No jumping jacks allowed yet. Jim Humble’s latest book was very helpful. I also had a Muscle Activation Techniques (M.A.T.) therapist work on my leg every week and I used kinesiology tape. However, my M.A.P. therapist is still shocked at the recovery and she’s reading Jim Humble’s book now. She was not aware of DMSO or activated chlorine dioxide drops in water until now. I’m very grateful for my quick healing.
