How good is MMS Foot Soaks in getting MMS in to the body as a whole?

We have a shower rather then a bath so it's hard for us to do full body soaks.

Also what is the number of drops?

I also have MMS Flakes, can I mix those up and use lemon juice so I don't waste my bottle of MMS? If so how much flakes and lemon juice.

Foot bath, page 142 in Jim Humble's 2016 book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

Lemon juice will somewhat activate MMS, but will also reduce CLO2 in sodium chlorite solutions.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
