Vitamin C is not a problem, it's "added" vitamin C, which is ascorbic acid that is a problem. In fact Jim recommends eating an apple in case of nausea.
Eggs? sure, they are protein and choline.
Just don't eat 30 min prior and 30 min after taking mms, the longer the better.
And use distilled water instead of tap water.
