Hi,

In Jim Humble's book it says

An MMS Bath The skin is the body’s biggest organ and can absorb MMS easily . Run a hot bath and add anywhere from 5 to 20 drops of activated MMS. If the water is not filtered, run it hot and let the vapor rise for a few minutes . Stay in the bath for about 10 minutes . Depending on your tolerance for MMS dosages, you could go up to about 40 drops . Don’t be concerned about the tub of water diluting the MMS a lot . Whatever number of drops you put in the water will come in contact with your skin regardless of how full the tub is or how large it is .

Activated here means using hydrochloric acid 4%. But we are still using drops to put in a bath. Seems a bit odd. Couldn't I just dump a glass in there? I probably need to buy a dropper to extract from my cup then.

What happens if I put unactivated MMS1 into my bath?

Thanks,

Mike

Mike the hot water isn't activating the MMS, the HCL or stomach acid is. So pouring in unactivated MMS won't achieve same effect.

I do like the idea of an MMS bath though. I'm a little confused by: "If the water is not filtered, run it hot and let the vapor rise for a few minutes ."

Does this mean you fill the bath with hot water, apply the activated drops, then let the vapor rise for a few minutes before you get in? Guessing that is to avoid the toxic fumes from non filtered water.

Thanks : )

The most up-to-date MMS protocols are, of course, to be found in Jim Humble's latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. Beginning on page 143 he says:

Full Bath
Note: For MMS baths do not use water with chlorine or fluoride in it. Try to find out if your tap water contains chlorine or fluoride; if it does, use a reverse osmosis water filter or buy purified water in large bottles. Another possible option is that many people say borax can eliminate fluoride and chlorine from bath water. There is much anecdotal evidence on the internet and some chemistry indicates that the boron in borax creates boron fluoride from the fluoride in the water. This is not a poisonous chemical and not dangerous to your health. A similar nonpoisonous chemical is produced from the chlorine as well. Use two rounded tablespoons of borax for a standard size bathtub. Wait at least 15 minutes after stirring the borax into the water, (cold or hot water is OK), then add your MMS.

More MMS bath instructions can be found on succeeding pages.

Thanks for that CLO2.

I will probably need to order some borax soon to be on the safe side.

What is the risk though if there is fluorine in the water and we did put MMS in the bath tub. Is it dangerous?

Mike, I don't know about fluorine and MMS. A normal sized tub filled as recommended would be about 60 gallons of water. Probably the only way to filter that much water would be with an inline RO filter.

Borax can be found at your local grocery store, if you are in the US.
