Hi,

We are told that we should avoid taking anti-oxidants during a protocol, so which foods should we avoid that can adversely affect the MMS working?

Because anti-oxidants exist in almost in every food. Are we to avoid eating salads which contain lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, avocado, garlic.

Also what about bananas, they are antioxidants as well.

Makes me wonder what is left to eat? Fast food? :-) What is the recommended diet?

Kind regards,

Mike

When I click on the Attachment at the bottom of the post, a new tab opens and I can download the antioxidant list.

Here is a link to the same file on my website.
