Also consider that when using a mix ratio of one-to-one (MMS to citric acid) to make MMS1, that in the past some have argued that only 35% citric acid is needed. 

And that since MMS in MMS1 at 30 seconds of activation time is only about 10% activated and residual MMS is activated by stomach acid, you may not even need to use an activator to make MMS1 if used for internal purposes.  See this forum thread for more info on this idea. 

For external use of MMS, and you want chlorine dioxide (CLO2), CDS and CDH will provide much more chlorine dioxide than MMS1 at their CLO2 content of 100% and 50% respectively.

I forgot to ask but can i start my day by taking MMS in the morning or Do i have to take it with food then I start my 8 hours from there?

As you already may know there's little or no use in taking MMS with food.
Few, small and easy to digest meals in between the MMS doses to avoid too much of the MMS being neutralized by food in the stomach.

I just started taking the mms starting procedure but if you have side effects such and nausea and dizziness how long does it usually start? Is it after first dose or after the last dose?I know everyone Is different

The times I've been overdosing myself it took like 1-2 days for the nausea to kick in.
I wouldn't worry about bad detox reactions when using the starting procedure.
