I am having problems with finding something I enjoy drinking that is compatible with MMS. Before MMS, I drank Green Tea and/or Diet Pepsi Although I used the test strips to determine Diet Pepsi is compatible, I understand it should not be consumed while on the protocols.

Please let me know what people have found enjoyable to drink while on the protocols. I am constantly thirsty and find the drinking restriction the most difficult part of following the MMS protocols.

Again, I bought the test strips, I am just at a loss on what to drink. Any specific drink suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

David

Hi,
I wonder what you are trying to cure.... how bad it is, as I drink whatever I want all day long, just avoid those mentioned drinks with citric acid or milk (etc.) within a hour after I take a MMS or 20 minutes prior to taking MMS, but I am not walking around with a clock either.  Thing is, I can feel the MMS working in me, and it seems to stop at 20 minutes, so I can't figure any reason not to drink whatever after that, the MMS at this point is deep inside.   And I have had documented results that it works.

I LOVE  Minute Maid  lime juice and drink it pretty much all day long.  I HATE plain water, I've drank one 4 ounce glass in my life.  Yes, they say you die without water, 8 oz a day....but  I seem to be alive!

Hey, I can be wrong, but we are all test cases now.

Hi Dawna,

I'm trying to cure everything. lol. I'm 55 years old and have done a lot of damage to my body. I started out with the HRP with the hope that I could work on my Depression; however, I thought I needed to go to Mold & Fungus because the MMS on my face was stinging. Since I was going to Mold & Fungus, I decided that I could go to work on my COPD.

Unfortunately, I came off my Depression meds too quickly and crashed.  I imagined everybody was drinking nothing but water and I became demoralized because I  can't find anything to drink. The drinks on the list seem like there the only drinks out there.

When taking MMS1 or MMS2 avoid alcohol chocolate, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, caffeinated drinks, tea (black, green and many herbal teas) milk, coconut water, orange juice, tangerine juice or any drinks with added Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

Seriously, what else is there?

I'm grateful for your response. It has given me a spark of hope. I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who can't drink (just) water. There was a time when all I drank was water. But that time has passed and now I'm too old and set in my ways. If its water or death, I choose the latter. I also appreciate the fact that you provided a specific example of a drink.

Thank you very much for your response,

David

David, plain apple juice should be okay.

Since CLO2 in MMS won't be completely eliminated by other drinks, just reduced, you can compensate by taking more MMS. That would be a trial and error method of dosing, of course.

ICE makes a blackberry drink which is great........ just read the labels, no citric acid or added vitamin C and only in the time frame of taking mms,  20 minutes prior and an hour after.

I remember Jim saying we can drink prune juice (:

BTW, I mix the minute maid limeade with twice or more water - and it is delicious!
