Hi there!

I would like to know if taking activated MMS three times a day, starting from 3 drops and ramping up could help my very acute acidity problem. I have to take TUMS almost every night and I hate to be taking that kind of medicine, but nothing seems to work. I have tried vinegar with honey and aloe and though I feel temporarily better, after a while the symptoms appear again. Also my upper stomach is very bloated....!!! Please help!!!
My question is if MMS can take away for good heart burn?

best regards!!!

MMS can help with acid reflux. The protocol from Jim Humble's latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, on page 110:

Acid Reflux: Begin with the Starting Procedure. Then go on to the Mold/Fungus Protocol, first, before continuing on to Protocol 1000 and following the HRP as needed (always observing the Three Golden Rules). Take a good brand of probiotics at any meal that is separate by at least two hours from your MMS doses, for at least a month. Continue until well.

Taking 3 MMS1 doses per day is not one of the current MMS protocols, but it was a few years ago. Since then, it was discovered that smaller, hourly doses were more effective. And if you start with 3 drop MMS1 doses, the chances of Herxheimer reactions are very possible. If you have not taken MMS before or recently, then begin by following the Starting Procedure which begins on day 1 with 1/4 drop doses.

If you have not purchased MMS and activator yet, I suggest you get MMS and 4% HCL activator instead of 50% citric acid. The taste will be much better when 4% HCL is used. Also, some people can not stomach (literally) citric acid.
