Hello, I am not new to MMS, but have been away so long I might as well be. I am confused about the terms that are prevalent now, MMS1, CDH, CDS....1000, 3000 etc. I need clarification. What is the best site to go to...or is there a document? I have the document "1 Drop Dose of MMS1 Can Equate to 1ml of CDH & 2ml of CDS", which is only mildly less confusing. I'd love to purchase Jim's book, "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" and expected to find used copies on Amazon, but did not. Is the 27.95 on JACZ Books the best I can expect price-wise? I am a low-income senior, so I will have to save my pennies even for $28. If anyone has a used one they could donate...or offer at a low price I would most appreciate that.

In the meantime, I wish to start using the mms again, but don't know where to start. I have done some preliminary searches here, but find many questions go unanswered. Is there a more comprehensive forum available?

Please help....please answer. If this is challenging for me, then I wouldn't want to think what barriers it might present for a true newbie. We don't want that, right?

Best to all...

You really need to read Jim's newest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, on how to use MMS. The book took 3 & 1/2 years to write and over a year of proof-reading by volunteers.

Jim no longer publishes MMS Protocols online; you will find them in the book along with more information you will need to properly use MMS.

Beware of MMS information you find on the Internet. Some is outdated, even old videos put out by Jim/G2C, and some information is just plain wrong.
