Hi. I'm HIV+ and I also have Hepatitis B, besides that I'm good... I don't have any AIDS and I'm in a very good health condition. I only took retrovirals for 2 1/2 months (from middle of november to last week of January/2018) but I stopped cause I started to have some very weird pains on my body, and what a coincidence! (wink), I started to feel so much better.

Yesterday I started taking protocol 2000 but only with MMS1 and today was my 2nd day (Planning to start taking MMS2 with protocol 3000 in a week, also with MMS baths and bag protocol).

But maybe i'm doing something wrong idk, I'd like some advice. First day I took 5 times each hour from 19:00 to 24:00. First and second I took 1 drop of MMS with 120ml of water, and from 3rd to 5th I took 2 drops. I did it because I didn't have any bad symptom (Probably cause I have a very healthy diet and I exercise regularly?) Then today I did 8 takes with 3 drops of MMS each from 09:00 to 18:00, and I'm feeling good, not bad symptoms either.

I was doing it like this because I found this protocol with those recommendations in a Spanish MMS website. But then I found on this forum this protocol called "Protocol starting procedure" wich is very different from what I'm doing and now Im confused.

I just want to know which is the best procedure for the given info about my health condition.

The Starting Procedure is recommended for people new to MMS. Some people need to start with very low doses, which is what the Starting Procedure outlines. Since you have taken much larger doses without any problems, you probably can skip the Starting Procedure.

The latest, up-to-date MMS info can be found in Jim Humble's newest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

In the book you will find that Jim recommends to continue taking DMSO with MMS1 (Protocol 1000+) when following Protocol 2000. However, be sure not to use DMSO and MMS2 within 30 minutes of their dosings.
