Normal body temperature is 98.6F so your temperature is only 1.1 degrees F higher than normal. A higher than normal body temperature is the body's way of fighting something, so why would you want to try to reduce such a low temperature with Tylenol unless you have a headache?

Tell us about your reason for taking MMS and which protocols are you following. Are you following the Health Recovery Plan in Jim Humble's latest book, "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook?"

One of the things I instantly recognized when I began mms was the slightly warmer temperature I felt through out my body even into my usually cold toes and fingers and I noticed my skin was no longer blueish around toes and fingers and I just reveled in the warmth as its very cold outside at the moment.. Just drink loads of water so as to assist your body to release the killed pathogens out... I didn't get a vomit/diarrhea moment but got a huge bruise which is also a way for the body to deal with killing more pathogens than my body could flush out due to not drinking enough water... don't worry if you suddenly throw up or run to the loo, its just your body flushing out the killed pathogens.. Blessings and health to everyone on this journey
