I thought I'd share this video by Dr. Brownstein. He gives a story of a woman with breast cancer. He put her on high dose iodine. Her night shirt turned yellow around her breast area and he asked her if he could keep the shirt. They tested the yellow areas and it was bromide. The iodine was detoxing her body of bromide (and probably fluoride too.)

It would've been nice for doctors to suggest iodine for breast pain or "lumpy" breasts rather than telling their patients to simply avoid caffeine.

I really learned how much iodine was needed in all of our glandular tissues--ovaries, pancreas, thyroid, lymph nodes, breasts. If there's a lack of iodine, then other halides bind to those receptors.

I take 100 mg Lugol's iodine daily. I defintely went through a lot of herx! I started off at 100 mg Lugol's iodine without working my way up. I purchased lugols iodine from etsy

I thought I'd share a couple ways to reduce estrogen.
I also use DIM (diindolylmethane) and also I3C (indole-3-carbinol). These are used to help detox estrogen metabolites or get rid of the xenoestrogens that all of us are exposed to due to plastics and chemicals. I also use calcium d-glucarate. 

I started DIM and I3C at the same time. I did experience headaches so it defintely was ridding my body/ dumping excess estrogen. 

I had at one point stopped using the I3C. I can tell you that it dramatically effected my periods and breast swelling/ tenderness. I thought maybe taking both was not necessary, wrong! 

I used calcium d-glucarate and I did get headaches for a couple days too. 

I also take chasteberry and wild yam extract to help level me out and help me produce progesterone. 

I dunno if it's helpful. I saw others on here talking about rife machines. I would've thought it was kind of hoaky except for when I listened to some frequencies on YouTube for epstein barr, I woke up with a crazy sore throat, stuffy nose, and headache. My nerves also heavily reacted to the bartonella healing frequency. I thought how much better would it work if I had a machine and metal handholds for full contact.

I purchased a small frequency generator, bnc cable with alligator clips, tens/ electrode pads, and some wrist silver woven electrodes, and copper pipes from Lowe's. 

I copied the frequencies and length of time from online. It had heavy metal detox, liver/kidney detox, rows of cancer frequencies, eyesight, pain, toxins, mold, lymphatic system, viruses, parasites.

If you don't mind manually inputting the frequencies, you just need a "frequency generator." These are $15 to $80 on aliexpress, ebay, or amazon. 
--frequency generator
--bnc cable with alligator clips (connects device to copper handholds, tens pads/ electrodes)
--6 in by 3/4 in copper pipes, set of 2 (from Lowe's, used as handholds/ contact electrodes)

All in all, less than $40.

I used a lot of articles posted by Spooky2 to gain understanding of various protocols or how long to use specific frequencies. Scribd website has some good resources for rife frequencies and what some treatment facilities use as their go to protocols.

If you'd rather have things be more user friendly, spooky2 company sells rife machines and a computer program to run the frequencies for you. It's a little easier to search out various ailments/ frequencies with their program. 

Maybe you can some ideas from this guy. He talks about fenben,ivermectin  methylene blue etc.
