how do i take 1/8th of a drop? I was suggested to go this route for MMS as a toothpaste/mouthwash, as 3 drops was triggering the high levels of toxins in the body / mouth.
thank you for your excellent work

... 3 drops was triggering the high levels of toxins in the body / mouth.

What were the side effects of using 3 activated MMS drops for teeth brushing? How much water did you add to those 3 activated MMS drops to brush your teeth?

If you activate 1 drop of MMS with 4% HCL in a dry, clean glass for 30 seconds and add, say, 8 ml of water, then take 1 ml (one eighth) of that solution and add to however much additional water you want to brush your teeth. That would be using 1/8 drop of MMS1.

Many, many thanks for this. I will try it. Unfortunately, i am totally unversed in milliliters. I understand that 8ml = about 1.5 teaspoons. I can work with that ! But I have no idea (1) how to get 1ml out of the solution. ..? Also, I would like to use this occasionally in my waterpik... so a much larger amount of water would be needed... so, (2) would my '1/8 of a drop' in a full cup of water (the amount needed in the waterpik). be effective? I would appreciate so much any guidance on these 2 issues.

Otherwise, to answer your questions: i am prone to migraines and seizure. I started getting signs of these after about 4 days of doing the 3 drops. I don't remember exactly how much water i was using, but it would have been according to the typical instructions. I got a personal letter from Mark -- bless his heart -- directing me to go to 1/8 a drop.

Once again, many many thanks for your knowledge and generous caring

It is so much easier to work with the metric system! Unfortunately, the USA is the only country in the world not using it. :( Trying to convert back and forth is complicated and confusing to do.

Try doing this. Make a 1 drop dose of MMS1 and add 1 teaspoon of water after the 30 second activation time. After mixing well, take out 1/8 teaspoon of the solution and use it. That amount of MMS1 would be a 1/8 drop MMS1 dose. Be sure to use plastic measuring spoons. You could also add 10 teaspoons of water and take out 1 & 1/4 teaspoons for a 1/8 drop MMS1 dose. (10 divided by 8 = 1.25)

For your water pik, I would use a full 1 drop dose of MMS1, which when mixed with enough water for use in the water pik, should not be too strong for you. If it is, then use less next time. If no negative reaction happens when using 1 drop, next time use two drops. You will find the correct dosage that will not cause any negative side effects.

I just can't thank you enough. having tolerated many expressions of a few different chronic illnesses, since childhood, and being on the lookout for best alternative practices for as long as i can remember, I have always been attracted to MMS, but could never feel confident enough about the many different dosages for my many different issues. This forum is truly wonderful. And you, plus all your colleagues are also truly wonderful, to help all us lay people so generously. Truly, blessings from the heart to all of you.

these systems are the "poor men system".

first what is a drop? how many ml?

you need to use one of this for traceable and repetitive results:
