You could follow the HRP (Health Recovery Plan) in Jim Humble's book.

Atherosclerosis can be caused by too much calcium in the blood. There is a way to keep calcium out of our blood and instead direct it to our bones and teeth where it should be. You can watch/listen to this interview to learn more.
