Help with fatigue from protocol 1 was created by Imba
Hi I am using MMS the original protocol, 3 activated drops each hour.
Reason: I have ADHD and was on Concerta that had a really bad influence on my character, plus it really didnt cure my adhd only made me focus intensely on certain things, but not getting any more overall clarity. If anything, I felt that it made me just focus way too much on unimportant things instead of life as a whole.
I feel that I am getting in contact with my feelings again, like a fog has lifted off my brain and really like this sensation. This clarity, but then like today I am feeling very blurred and simply tired. I am wondering what can I do? I know tiredness will be a side effect of doing the protocol, but is there any way of avoiding this? I am not feeling any nausea, nor is my stool "looser" (dont have diarrhea). I might need to take a bigger dose, but at the same time I am extremely tired, and have little appetite. This is affecting the care of my daughter who has autism and is also in the protocol, amongst other things we do (Kerri's diet and well we follow her book).
Wondering if I should take vitamins, and then what?
If you can help that would be great. I think I will continue to put my testimony on here.
(The tiredness in not related to stopping taking Concerta because I stopped it some while back.)

I would say you should reduce the number of drops until the tiredness problem goes away. In other words, you are probably overdosing. Protocol 1000 calls for a MAXIMUM of 3 drops/hour. Three drops per hour is not a goal. Some people have recovered from cancer using only 1 drop per hour.
