Hello,

I have been reading and watching everything I can get my hands on, including 2 of Jim's books.

I have ordered supplies and am eager to start Protocol 1000 along with the enema protocol (Crohn's disease plus a bunch of other nuisance conditions that go with it).

I would like to do this at work (the Protocol 1000 part that is :)). The area I work in is an open-floor plan (i.e. no privacy - not even a cubicle; but we do have a personal filing cabinet) in an enormous building with many multi-stall bathrooms. We have access to community refrigerators and I can bring in a lunch-type cooler and park it next to me as well. I wake up at 5 and work from 6 am to 3 pm (so there is privacy between about 5 and 8 or so - 4 hours - 5, 6, 7, 8 ). Doing it after work is not an option, I'm hungry and I go to sleep pretty early.

I would like to avoid drawing attention to myself at work, going to the bathroom with my coooler/supplies, using beakers, HCL, droppers, and measuring equipment every hour, and anything that remotely smells like chlorine, etc.

Based on this excellent explanation of the various methods , it seems like Method 1 or Method 4 would be my best bet. Since I am new at this and Method 1 is somewhat unconventional (plus I am trying to overcome a disease), I am leaning toward Method 4. I am thinking that I can make a "big" bottle of CDH and leave it at home in the fridge. Everyday, I can fill a very small container with 8 doses and take it to work. When it comes time to take it I just pour a bit from the small container into a glass along with DW, (which would be in my filing cabinet) and consume it, which would sort of just look like taking medicine or a health supplement, especially if I label the small container with something. It seems easy to do and fairly inconspicuous.

- Does this sound like a good plan?
- Is anyone else in this same scenario?
- Is there absolutely no smell to CDH?
- Is it recommended to mix types (e.g. MMS1 at home, CDH at work)?

Thanks very much for MMS, for this forum, and for a great community.

I don't know if this is the place to mention this or if this is allowed but this is what I'm doing.

NOTE: I think it's important to say that forum posts cannot stray from the guidelines in Jim's book and expect results. A person might come up with his own way of taking MMS and not get results and then say "MMS didn't work for me..." etc. That said, I take responsibility for my experimenting and straying from the formula. If I don't have results, that's not a reflection of MMS's ability to help the body cure itself.

What I just started doing is similar to the autism protocol which has been called the baby bottle method. Hopefully you've heard of that. BUT, I'm adding a few drops of essential oil of lime--because oils do not have vitamin C in them (Vitamin C is water soluble)--and I add a few drops of stevia extract. I BELIEVE it's effective because my symptoms would normally come back if I didn't take my doses (and my symptoms have not come back when using this method regularly). Also, my son is taking doses with stevia and essential oil of lime and it appears to be working for him. The stuff tastes very good, there is no smell, and I believe it is effective. I don't know if this is something you can do for your office situation. But keep in mind the caution NOTE above. If you experiment and stray, it's your decision and your responsibility. Note that I do refrigerate my drink AND it needs to be shaken slightly before each sip throughout the day since essential oil settles to the surface of the water. The trouble with this method is that it actually tastes very good and a person might want to drink too much at one time.

Any feedback is appreciated from anyone.

Beth

Mojo4000, any of the four methods described by Scott may work for you. The first one is the only one that is odor-free, unless you burb up some CLO2 gas, which Scott has experienced. If you have adequate stomach acid, it may work for you.

I would do the following in your situation.

Each work day I would fill eight, 4 fl oz bottles with a single hourly dose of MMS, MMS1, CDS or CDH and consume one bottle each hour. No mixing, adding water and probably no escaping CLO2 aroma if you drink from the bottle. If you pour a dose into a glass or cup, then CLO2 gas will escape into the air to be shared with your co-workers. You probably don't need to keep those bottles cold as little CLO2 gas will escape if you remove the cap and immediately drink the dose.

Let us know if you try this method and how it works for you.

Beth, your method may be working for you and your son. It's possible your method and dosing is keeping your ailments in check, but perhaps not eliminating them. If you stop dosing and your symptoms return, then the problem is still with you. The HRP and Three Golden Rules found in Jim's latest book should be followed until your ailments are gone. It may be that it is impossible to completely eliminate some ailments and in those cases continued daily dosing might be necessary.

You may not be aware that we have a MMS Research Forum where you can post alternative MMS ideas. Thanks for your input!
