CLO2 Offline Platinum Member Posts: 5397 Thank you received: 4261	The following is from Jim's latest book: MMS2: Calcium hypochlorite (Ca(ClO)2), when mixed with water turns into a solution of hypochlorous acid, which is an oxidizing acid that the human immune system naturally produces to destroy disease germs and clean up poisons in the system. My understanding is that antioxidants should be avoided when taking MMS2.

gnomebuddy Offline New Member Posts: 3 Thank you received: 0	What about the anti-oxidants that are abundant in vegetables, fruit, and other common sources such as B vitamin supplements? I couldn't imagine we are supposed to avoid those as well?

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
