Hello,

Thank you for the reply I received from the community yesterday.
1. I was asked to purchase the book by Jim Humble about the Health Recovery Plan, which I did and read most of it tonight.
However when it discusses almost all of the info. regarding getting started, it discusses the other unactivated product with the other product and I do not understand how to translate the CDS into that formula. I have no science background and it is confusing.I plan to do it step by step as they recommend and am grateful.
However, I was encouraged to buy CDS by my Dr. as a new person and do not know how to proceed. I understand the idea about smaller meals, etc. Is it ok to put this into alkaline water, I may add lemon to improve the taste as recommended

2. Question from a member yesterday :
Ami, do you have CDS? If so, what is the CLO2 concentration ppm?
i did purchase CDS and am not certain what the CLO2 concentration is. THe bottle says to use 1 ML of CDS as a substitution for every 3 drops of MMS. I do not understand what this means.

Thank you very much.

Hi Ami. Please read this version of the Starting Procedure and this PDF file on using CDS and CDH with protocols.

THe bottle says to use 1 ML of CDS as a substitution for every 3 drops of MMS. I do not understand what this means.

That dosing info on the bottle only applies when not ingested. When dosing CDS you use milliliters (ml) and not drops. Drop dosing is usually only used when making MMS1. To measure CDS you can use kitchen measuring spoons that have both teaspoon and ml measurements printed on them.

Is it ok to put this into alkaline water, I may add lemon to improve the taste as recommended

We think alkaline water could be a problem so we don't recommend using it. Lemon juice has been shown to reduce the effectiveness of MMS. If you want to improve the taste, we have found that SweetLeaf brand of stevia drops flavor "SteviaClear" does not reduce effectiveness of MMS, CDS or CDH.

Please ask any questions you may have.
