Hi. This is my weird experience with taking MMS (citric acid activator).

yesterday, on a second day of protocol 1000 everything went pretty ok at the beginning after I took 3 doses at 1 1/4 drops. Then I eat a peach and immediately my throat became very sore, it was completely fine before. I also got a runny nose. I started feeling worse and it felt as if after taking another does of MMS my throat hurt even more. Today I'm not feeling ok, I'm weak any my throat still hurts. This is totally unexpected so I'll stop with the protocol until I get well and restart then.

Generally my health is pretty ok, I don't have any issues, some small ones and I started taking MMS to see what would happen. I rarely get ill. My last cold was 2 years ago.

I've done the starting procedure as per instructions in the latest MMS manual (pre release 2). I'm also making sure not to eat food rich in anti oxidants while on MMS.

Throat is getting better and I'm also less fatigued. I'll wait for a couple of days and then restart the protocol 1000 and see where that takes me. I have one amalgam filling in my mouth. Could that be a problem? I've read somewhere that you should first remove all your amalgam before using MMS?

Status update:
It has now been 2 weeks since I've finished the 2nd try at protocol 1000, this time with no "side effects".
I didn't notice any changes after the protocol 1000 but I have to say that I don't have any health problems at all, except hay fever, which I guess will take more effort to cure than just 1 batch of protocol 1000.

In retrospect I still don't know what caused problems with my first try. It must had been something with that peach or there was some reaction between the peach and the mms. Who knows... I just won't eat peaches while on MMS in the future

I wouldn't eat anything (including peaches) that contains citric acid soon after taking the protocol. Citric acid combines with the sodium chlorite to create chlorine dioxide. Depending on which activation method you use it may be that not all of the sodium chlorite was converted into chlorine dioxide until it came into contact with the citric acid in the peach. At higher doses chlorine dioxide can be corrosive causing the skin irritation you described, this is one of the reasons it is important to not ramp up your dosage too quickly.

(1 drop of MMS can produce 6.7 mg of CLO2) (24 drops/ml standard) Stomach acid should complete the MMS activation. Compare the above with ingesting CDS which is fully activated externally. MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
