Am reading JH's book 'Health Recovery' and am stuck on page 38. I take 2 Pharma Medications for my damaged Heart and Lungs. Ramipril and Digoxin, as I can't find a natural replacemant for them. Also, I take Serrapeptase, a natural 'Food Supplement' fermented from Soya, that replaced 11 Pharma Drugs I was put on by my Specialist Doctors. I am really worried about stopping this as I believe that it has kept me alive against all my Doctors arguements. I did try stopping the Ramipril and Digoxin, but became so unwell after a month or so that I had to start taking them again. In less than a week I was back to my normal self. Anyone have any thoughts on this problem?

I don't think Jim is saying that you must stop taking meds/supplements, but reduce them and see if you still need to take them. Listen to your body, it will usually let you know if you need those meds/supplements.

If possible, take meds/supplements 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day, or in between doses if you need to take them during dosing hours.
