been doing mms1 tablets and recently added in mms2 capsules.

Doing 3 tablets (equiv to 3 drops per tablet) every 2 hours and doign 1 capsule of mms2 (from discover mms) every other hour, so every hour i am taking one of the compounds.

recently i have been getting heart pain, what is the deal with that? any one else experience this? this makes me want to stop.

ive had no issues with nausea or vomiting, i have taken it quite slowly. been on the protocol for about a month.

any insight would be appreciated. thanks

Prigger, I am sending you the following response on behalf of Jim Humble:

Dear Prigger,

In order to answer you I would need to know a lot more about what you are doing. There may be other reasons for your heart pains that are totally unrelated to MMS. However, it could be for some reason you are experiencing a type of Herxheimer reaction to the tablets. A Herxheimer reaction can happen at any time during a protocol. It does not always happen towards the beginning. I hope everyone will remember this, when one is experiencing discomfort reactions after taking MMS—it is always and indicator you are taking toooooooo much MMS, period.

The pains in your heart may be a Herxheimer reaction. For some reason your body is possibly reacting to the tablets in this way. Without knowing a lot of other particulars about what you are doing, it’s hard to say. But the pains in your heart would be an indicator you need to change something.

I would suggest you reduce your input of MMS by 80%. You say you are taking the tablets and you have gone slow, but did you start out with the Starting Procedure?
I would suggest you possibly go off the tablets for a time, and consider going on the classic MMS1 dosages. Start with the Starting Procedure and proceed with Protocol 1000.

Are you trying to handle a particular illness?

You can get a pre-release copy of my new book from jhbooks.org, for $20 or send me a letter saying this exact sentence, "Jim, I do not have enough money to buy your book and I need to know the protocols right away" and I will send you a book free of charge. The book is a pre-release at this time but everyone who buys a pre-release will get a completed book when it is released. It will be a download but free.
So I hope, Prigger that you reduce your intake of MMS by 80% and go to hourly doses and I will soon hear of your success in health. Let me know if you have further questions.

i am fighting herpes. ive had herpes for 3 months.

I started with the protocol 1000 doses and slowly ramped up, have felt very little nausea, i only recently added in the mms2.

I have reduced the mms1 dose to 2 tablets (instead of 3) every 2nd hour, and still doing 1 mms2 tablet every other hour as well. 1pm: 2 mms1 tablets, 2pm: 1 mms2 tablet, 3pm: 2 mms1 tablets etc etc.

it seems directly related to mms dosing... when i stop the doses it seems to get better... the heart pains show up in the evening after taking my doses all day...

thanks for your help

Yep, definitely sounds like a Herx reaction. It isn't always nausea or vomiting. Some people experience fatigue (often), others joint pains, and so on. It is always a bit scary at first ("I'm supposed to get better, not worse") but soon you will use them as a warnig sign that you have to reduce the dose and nothing more.

i struggle a little bit with understanding that every side effect is a herxheimer reaction... seems a bit odd to me.

heart pain being a herxheimer reaction? whats the science or thinking behind this? what is actually happening? thanks

im definitely experiencing fatigue too, i can barely work out... im someone who usually trains twice a day, and i can barely workout 3 times a week right now..

Well the science behind the Herx is a bit tricky, so bear with me a little.
First, you should know that MMS, taken at therapeutic dosage, has no side effect whatsoever. If taken by an absolutely healthy subject (quite a rare find these days, I know), nothing should happen. So, if you have a reaction, it has to come from something inside of you that really did not like what you brought. A heavy metal that got suddently moved, a colony of germs that started dying off and spred its toxins, whatever. Since not everyone has the same cocktail of pathogens inside, results may vary from one subject to another: same reaction, different expression.
The fact is, that if you kill/move more toxins than your body can expel, it will soon build up inside your tissues, and sometimes it takes some time for the toxin level to go back to a "silent level". So some pains can linger, especially in cartilages and joints, for longer since the draining is harder.

I do not know if I was clear enough, tell me if you need additional info.

thanks for your reply HariSeldon.

its my belief that the nausea is caused by herx but as well as the body is adjusting to a foreign substance... i dont believe its always all the time a herx.... but im still going to stick with the protocol. But i am going to take a few days off and see if i can get the pain to go away..

i wanna give the substances a fair shot at eliminating herpes. if it doesnt work im going to experiment with ozone and possibly do mms again with the ozone.

thanks

I am also taking MMS (CDS because I don't have much stomach acid) and yesterday I was feeling pretty awful. So, I stopped taking MMS and instead drank 1 gram of Vitamin-C in the L.E.T. form , which means I probably assimilated all 1 gram of the Vitamin-C.

Today, I am back to "normal" and also dosing MMS (as CDS) at a lower dose and so far, no Herx or any discomfort.
