Hi all,

Very new to MMS and willing to learn the right way!
67 Year old Male with prostate swelling. Recent checkup shows no cancer, but possible BPH.
Cialis is in use to allow me to function and help with urination.
Before that I have had several bouts of bladder UTI in the last several years as well. This was from a totally unknown source.

Also we are on well water with no chlorine in it.
Just waiting for my MMS supplies to arrive, but was wondering about my iritated bowel?
Any small amount of fecal material near the anus gives me the urge to urinate even though the bladder is almost empty.

Best Protocol to follow?

I was going to try making the CDS and do enemas to see if there was some parasite causing the irritated bowel, but I do not want to irritate it further.

Recently had anal itching and treated it with Hydrocortizone 1%. This seemed to stop the itch, but the bowel just inside must be still irritated because if there is any fecal material inside the opening, I have the urge to urinate. I can always urinate fine after a minute or two, but unless I evacuate the bowel, the urge to urinate is still there.

I have bee off of sugar since January 1 of this year if that is of any help.

ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE MUCH APPRECIATIED!

Urinary Tract Infections are listed as a common side effect of Cialis, but my guess is that all of your current bowel and urination ailments are side effects of taking Cialis. It is important to understand that pharmaceutical drugs are not intended to cure anything but rather they are designed to merely suppress symptoms - while the underlying condition often grows worse.

When your MMS supplies arrive, I suggest you quickly move through the Starting Procedure and begin Protocol 1000. It is quite likely that the MMS1 Protocol 1000 will provide a positive remedy for your ailments, including erectile function. It will take several weeks, and you've got to stick to it. MMS does several different things to restore homeostasis or "normalcy" to your body, and of itself MMS will cleanse the liver and bowel to some extent. I suggest you postpone any thoughts of doing an MMS enema until after Protocol 1000 has been followed for 3 weeks, though if you want to try it for recreational fun - go ahead.

It is good that you have no chlorine in your water, since it is toxic to your prostate, thyroid, and gut bacteria. But in this day and age, we must take for granted that well water is contaminated with various pesticides used by farmers and industrial wastes. The human body is 75% water, and the quality of the water we ingest is vitally important to our overall health. I suggest you consider buying a good water filter, for your drinking/cooking water - if not for the whole house. I've researched water filters extensively, and believe Crystal Quest represents a good value:

We all remember hearing in our formative years "you are what you eat." The truth is, all human ailments stem from nutritional deficiencies. That is to say, without the essential vitamins and minerals the body needs to function properly - maladies and ailments develop. For the prostate (and erectile function) to operate properly, the aging body need adequate amounts of the minerals zinc, selenium, and iodine. Unfortunately, these are almost always lacking from most people's diets. Providing these nutrients to the body will work as well or better than pharmaceutical drugs such as Cialis, but without the side effects.

The richest food source of zinc is raw pumpkin seeds, which can be bought by the pound and make a delicious snack and salad topping. Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts which are lightly steamed or eaten raw in salads provide specific benefits for prostate health. Green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, water cress, turnip greens when eaten raw in salad provide Vitamin A, Vitamin C, magnesium, potassium and many other phyto-nutrients which benefit prostate health, testosterone production and libido. Iodine is sorely lacking in most food sources, and so supplementation is required. The latest, legitimate research indicates a daily "maintenance" dose of iodine is 12mg, and a therapeutic dose is 50mg or more. Iodine is a powerful anti-oxidant, and must be taken at the end of the day at least 1 hour after the last dose of MMS has been taken. Likewise, the mineral selenium is a powerful anti-oxidant and must be taken at least 1 hour after the last MMS dose has been taken.

Archbishop Jim Humble has written in his latest E-book that, for non-life threatening illnesses, taking nutritional supplements should be delayed for at least 1 weak after beginning the MMS protocol. That is good advice, because MMS can do many good things, and do them rather quickly.

However over the longer term, good prostate health, erectile function and libido require the nutrition (food) the body needs to function properly. Zinc, selenium, iodine, Vitamin A, are required to make the parts and plumbing work properly. Herbals such as Maca, Nettles, Saw Palmetto have proven to be a great benefit. If it was me, I would seriously consider taking the following nutritional supplement (instead of Calais):

The iodine supplement I like best is this:

I have been off of sugar since January 1 of this year if that is of any help.

Congratulations! The decision to stop poisoning one's self is the first step toward perfect health and long life. Beware of artificial sweeteners such as aspertame and sucralose, which cause numerous health problems such as cancer, brain tumors, and seizures. The other ubiquitous poisons in the normal diet are wheat gluten and processed seed oils, which can be read about and understood here:

Gene 51,

Thanks so much! I was wondering about all that. Your reply was very helpful and thought full. I will take the steps you suggest and let you know if possible what the outcome might be. This may take some time as my MMS has not arrived yet. I had no idea that Iodine and selenium was neccessary, but I am learning fast.

Again Thanks so much!

Gene51,

I'm wondering if the CDS protocol could be used instead of the MMS1 protocol for correcting my prostate issues?

That would be a lot better for me as far as the bad taste of the MMS. There are a few fairly simple ideas to convert the MMS to CDS on Youtube. Any of these you would reccomend?

Thanks for the great info and by the way, I have all the supplies you mentioned on order now.

There are several ways to improve the taste of MMS1. Most people think the taste is much less objectionable when HCL (4% hydrochloric acid) is used as the activator instead of citric acid. Also, dilution of the activated MMS1 dose with more water before you drink it mitigates the taste. Personally, I like to add a few drops of Sweet Leaf brand liquid stevia, Valencia Orange flavor to the dose of MMS1 mixed with water before I drink it - which I find makes the taste quite tolerable.

Our Genesis II Church leaders recommend using MMS1 for taking internally (drinking it) and using CDS externally, such as application to the skin. Be that as it may, some people have found the results of taking CDS internally to be quite satisfactory. I guess it boils down to a matter of personal choice, where one has to balance the issues of taste and inconvenience.

I'll refer you to a website with a lot of useful information. Go to the box in the upper-right corner titled "Info Sheets", and scroll down to the item "CDS - How to Make 3000 PPM."
