Hi there,
I have several chronic issues for years. I started taking mms 2 years ago and noticed little improvement, until recently I tried doing mms in an enema. Almost immediately I noticed more energy,dead parasites when I evacuated, and white chunks of tissue coming out (I assume old cysts or something). My blood sugar has normalized. I was actually floored! all of these good things that people were saying about mms (none of which I experienced while taking orally) were happening!

However once I started uping the dose, I noticed I couldn't retain it anymore. The solution produced great irritation and pain in my colon and I couldn't hold it in.

I've tried doing searches around the net but results come back confusing.I was hoping someone could help me here and clarify. I have been bed-ridden for much of my life, during the past 23 years. I am 38,and to think of me actually getting my health back is such a wonderful thought, please help.

Do most people use CDS when they do enemas? so they can handle retaining it on their sensitive mucus membranes in their colons? If I use CDS in an enema, will it be just as effective as MMS? I read that CDS doesnt get into the blood stream or something if taking orally? is this true?but would it, if taken via enema?

I'd practically given up on mms, because taken it orally wasn't working but with this new enema results, I have renwed hope. any clarification or input would be so greatly appreciated. ty so much

and also I hope this may help someone who wasnt getting good results with oral doses. I think so many of use with messed up digestive issues, could benefit with doing this via enema

Hello Shan and thanks for your great testimonial! I have been wanting to try enemas using CDS and will do so soon. I also have digestive problems and have not noticed any positive changes when taking MMS/CDS/CDH orally.

I read that CDS doesn't get into the blood stream or something if taking orally?

That idea was refuted by Jim in a newsletter a long time ago. Also, you may have read that both CDS and CDH become ineffective in a stomach due to stomach acids. That has also been refuted by Jim Humble in another newsletter.

I would try using CDS in an enema by starting low and slowly working up the dosing, as is normally done. Note that some vendors sell very strong CDS, much higher than the recommended standard 3000 ppm CDS. And, some CDS has MMS added to it. I would avoid buying such CDS.

The reason you are experiencing irritation and pain in your colon could be caused by the remaining MMS (sodium chlorite solution) and/or the activator in MMS1, especially if the activator is 50% citric acid.

CDS made according to Andreas Kalcker (the inventor) does not contain any MMS or activator, just chlorine dioxide (CLO2).

Please let us know how CDS works for you and the dosing you use.

Thank you so much for your kind and thorough reply. Trying to navigate through all of this can be quiet confusing, especially when your cognitive functions are some of the things affected by your illness

I was quite surprised by the results of the enemas. And it hasn't even been a week. I've read something about how it's supposed to be akin to taking it through IV instead of just taking it orally. So, I'm not sure if that's why it's been seeming more effective this way.

I didn't know you could buy premade CDS. That sounds so much more convenient. You seem to be pretty knowledgeable about all of this. Do you happen to know which vendors sell the plain CDS, with concentrations that fit the normal protocols and don't have added MMS in it?

Also, I have been using citric acid. do you think the preparation would be less irritating if I used and HCL activator?

I'm excited for you to try the enemas and to see if you notice any good benefits. Please let me know. This could be very important for others who haven't had their desired results.

I had some 4% HCL activator, and just for kicks I saw this supposed simple CDS method online: You take s tiny clear shot glass, put your actived MMS in that (let's say 10 drops) then you put 100ml of water in a big clean clear jar. You put the shot glass in the bigger jar, close it air tight and let the gas dissolve in it overnight. By morning, the water in the big jar is yellow, and the bit of liquid in the small shot glass is clear. This is actually what happened. So I took 2 ml of the new yellow CDS (equal to 2 drops) and used it as an enema. so far so good. wayyy less irritation.not like the straight up MMS. I'm not sure if this is a good method to make CDS but I tought I'd give it a try.

The CDS shot glass method was dreamed up a few years ago and has been refined to certain jars and quantities of MMS and 4% HCL.


The CLO2 gas ends up in the distilled water in the larger container without any MMS or activator. Best to add MMS and then activator to the shot glass, swirl to mix a couple seconds, then put inside the larger container and seal. Careful not to spill any of the shot glass solution into the CDS.

So, it may have been MMS and/or activator that was bothering you when you used MMS1.

We don't know the CLO2 concentration of your CDS, but it does not really matter. Increase dosing until you experience discomfort, then reduce dosing the next time.
