Rev Paul, this health recovery manual is great! I think it is very thorough and well organized. Not too long, but important details are included. I find it an easy, flowing read and this manual makes it easy to share this important information with others. Also, it is easy to navigate as ebook. Great work authors! Thank you all, for this has definitely improved my physical and spiritual well being. ❤️

It is a great book and its only getting better as Jim and Cari refine what they have already written and continue to add more information. The final version should be released soon.

You may have noticed that the book only uses MMS1 as a chlorine dioxide (CLO2) solution and not CDS nor CDH. Those other chlorine dioxide (CLO2) solutions are also useful and can be used with most of the protocols.

I have submitted a one page document to them to consider for inclusion in the book, probably as an appendix. It is titled "CDS, CDH and Protocols" and you can read it now by clicking below in my forum signature line "How to use CDS, CDH in Protocols".

Thank you for including information on the other forms of MMS > CDS, etc. It would be good if these somehow would be more emphasized and portrayed as being valuable. I have not had to use the book extensively but I appreciate that there was an update and that it is shorter. MMS is not an easy path; it takes commitment and research and personal investment to walk it. Those of us who are committed to doing so, either now or in the future, will find it. I think it's a matter of destiny. I am always confused about MMS and DMSO. With Jim Humble, DMSO is always just mentioned as a supporting agent, while there is a whole DMSO world out there that seems to use DMSO alone in the same way that MMS is suggested (in skin sprays, nose, ear, mouth, wash, etc.) One just has to find one's way in it all.

Thank you for your generous suggestion. I have the DMSO book. In my heart and in my gut, I have embraced MMS at this point, I just have not had to use it seriously yet...
