I wondered about the following: I am using reverse osmosis water to add to my MM1 mix or wash down the MMS2 capsule with it.
As RO water is inert I usually add few mineral drops to the water to remineralise it.
I am not sure if that is beneficial in regard to MM1 & 2.

I suggest you take the minerals not within 2 hours of taking MMS.

Best regards

Hello Marianne,
I think I have to clarify my questions about the RO water ... not sure if I make things too complicated but
if I would use bottled water or spring water, as suggested in the protocol I would ingest natural occurring minerals.
With the RO water, it's basically tap water, which has been sent through a filter underneath our sink that takes out impurities AND also naturally occurring minerals, hence I am adding mineral drops to the RO water. That water I am using as drinking water to top up my MMS1 or wash down the MMS2.
So I can't really wait for two hours, if you see what I mean. I am using RO water instead of buying spring water.
The natural conclusion for me is to carry on what I am doing or should I buy spring water?
