Hi dear ones
My sister has been dealing with depression for many years. I myself have found that MMS has helped me when I am off emotionally, like with PMS, also I feel at times like it just makes me calm and together. I also sleep very well on MMS.
I have not seen any testimonials on depression. I want to try it on her, but am afraid, I also have heard MMS can cause bad emotions and depression, not the case with me though.
2 (another topic) I always get mild candida taking MMS and so does my daughter and she is only 6. What can we do to prevent it? It looks like the bacteria dies before the fungae, so it interrupts the co-balance there in some way. She gets it after a prolonged time (she has autism) but I can get it after only 2-3 days on MMS protocol 1000.

It depends on the origin of the depression, but since it appears to be chronic, it might be worth a shot.
From my experience, cases of surging depression during MMS treatment are often related to Herxheimer reactions, so the best way to prevent it is to start with low doses, see what happens and increase dosage as long as no ill effects appear, same as with nausea and diarrhea (in a way they stem from the same origin).
As for the second subject, MMS is indeed a bit slow with fungi. I had good results by adding essential oils to the regimen, not sure it will work for you, but again, worth a shot: i'd say 6 drops of Origanum vulgare kaliteri on a neutral pill or a tablespoon of olive oil, twice a day. If It works for you, halve the doses for your daughter.
