Hello,
I am new to MMS and have been dealing with Lymes Disease and debilatating Fatigue among many other things.

I began on MMS2 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have been taking 2 (size 4) caps every 6 x a day. Occasionally experiencing a really acid stomach, but no vomiting or diarrhea.

4 days ago I added 8 drops of CDS every hour for 8 hours - Trying to start protocol 2000.

Yesterday I began adding 1 drop of DMSO to each dose of CDS & MMS2. I did not have any acid stomach which was great!!!!

Just needing clarity if it is safe to take the DMSO with both the CDS and MMS2 with every dose for the long haul.

(I really want to order the book - but needing to spend my money on the product right now

Hello znc333.

DMSO is used with CDS. Your dosing is very low for CDS. 8 drops per hour is only 1/3 of a milliliter. That is okay for starting, but you should increase slowly up to what you can tolerate. 6ml per hour would equate to the maximum dosing if on Protocol 1000. You can go higher.

MMS2 capsules are normally taken in between MMS doses, 5 times per day.

Thanks so much for your reply!

I'm confused on the CDS dose. I have read 3 ml = 3MMS drops and I have read 6 ml = 3MMS drops.
I thought Jim Humble said 3ml = 3MMS drops. Has that been updated and changed?

Also is DMSO ok to take with the MMS2?? or CDS only??

I tried taking 12 drops of CDS yesterday and it made me so nauseous I stopped my doses (mid day) for the rest of the day : ( Is this an indication I am really toxic??

I'm feeling really frustrated that after 3 weeks of feeling acid stomach and nauseous and so tired I'm not seeing more improvement - just so tired of feeling bad all the time

Is this normal??? I've thought about trying the 6& 6 protocol - but I'm chicken lol!!!! Wondered if it would give me a boost or just make me violently ill. I REALLY want this to work for me so I can share it with others who are not well - but I'm struggling to keep trudging ahead. :sick:

znc333, you may be doing too much, too soon. Lyme can take a long time to eradicate. Try staying with P1000 for three weeks before moving on to P1000+ or P2000. And, you should start with low dosing and slowly work up over time as you can tolerate. Reduce if you have a reaction, stay at the reduced level for a few days and again increase slowly.

I will be posting a PDF file in a few days that I hope will clarify CDH and CDS dosing. Jim said in a recent newsletter to limit CDH to 3ml and CDS to 6ml when on P1000. CDH and CDS dosing are not the same. From that PDF file:

"Protocol 1000 limits MMS1 to 3 drops per hour." "Therefore one can conclude that a 3 drop dose of MMS1, 3ml of CDH and 6ml of CDS can deliver the same amounts of CLO2 if adequate stomach acids are present. Math & photos prove this."

CDH & CDS are different solutions and CDH depends very much on further activation in a stomach just as MMS1 does. CDS doesn't care because it is fully activated externally.

I don't recall that DMSO is used with MMS2. Also, MMS2 should be taken every other hour in between MMS1/CDH/CDS doses.
