Hi, i have noticed a distinct improvement in mental clarity now that i do a daily mms neti pot flush, the effect is immediate and lasts several hours. is it the oxidant enabling more oxygen tocome available to the brain? Anyone else tried this?
Is it ok to do this twice a day instead of once daily?

Could you tell me what the recipe/formula is for the nasal wash? This is exactly what I need to do, but I'm not sure how many drops of activated MMS should be used. Also, did you use tap water, bottled spring water, or distilled water?

hi, i use 1 activated drop and about 600 mls of spring water at room temperature. 600 ml is enough for 1 neti pot wash for each side. Avoid doing it late evening as it can be quite mentally stimulating. Definately takes care of sinus infections if done daily until well

Hi,

Don't you put some salt in the water??

I have been cleaning my nostrils with a neti can since 1992 and I always put one big teaspoon of salt in the water, meaning one big teaspoon in about 250ml. I use 250ml for one nostril, this is more or less the volume of the neti can.

Normally the salidity of the water that you use for nostril cleansing should be of the same salidity as your blood. If I don't take salt at all and I pour the first amount in one of my nostrils, it hurts like hell and not al little bit. Normally you do this only one time. People tend to get wiser after such an experience.

By the way I've just tried what you have been doing but then with the salt 1 Drop MMS1 activated with 4%HCl, then added about 250ml of tap water (nice temperature) and then added the teaspoon of salt. The cleansing felt good, but not much better then without the MMS1 activated drops.

I also checked the pH and the ORP-value (Oxydation Reduction Potential) of the MMS1 activated mixture before and after adding the salt and I saw no difference. I hope this means that the ClO² is not neutralized by adding the salt. I don't think salt can neutralize ClO² because salt is neutral. Salt is a product of combining something acidic and something alkaline. I must say I only have a basic knowledge of Chemistry, so please forgive me when I am death wrong.

What I do for the moment is cleansing my nostrils only with water. But I do inhale through my nostrils ClO² everyday. I do this after the activation period of MMS1 and try to hold the ClO² gas in my lungs for about 1/2 minute. I just make sure that I don't get a 'bite' like you call it.

This cold and flu season has been a bumper. I noticed in the paper today a 16 yr old died of pneumonia that developed from this persistent cold getting around. This year I tried 7 drops activated with hcl in a half glass of warm water, took a mouthful, bent over as in touching my toes and flushed it out my nose. It hurt, stung for a few seconds, and that was that. End of pre cold sore throat. There was a bit of mucus still about so I used a pinch of salt in a half glass and just sniffed it up the nose till it ran down the back of throat. Has anyone else tried this? Worked well for me. b
