Hey guys this is my first post but hoping someone can shine some light on the situation.

For about 4-5 years now every other month i get the same symptoms. Vomiting and bed ridden. I dont get caughs cold or flu ever.

Recently i got ill with food poisoning but think that was different.

I can start doing mms but is there anything specific i need to do first.

My lower intestine is swolen and sticking out this might be biofilm?
