I understand that six drops a day have to be taken as maintenance for people 60 y.o. and over, however, I also understand, from reading the MMS site, that "under no circumstances take more than three drops at a time, unless there is a life risk situation".

Could I take these, say at night at 8 and 9 pm?

I start my day at 6am and take all of my medicines and vitamins.

I am open to better suggestions.

Thank you.

P.S.

I am taking CDH.

If it doesn't make you feel ill to take 6, go ahead and do it. That's what I do. If it does make you nauseous, or something, take 3 drops and then 3 drops an hour later. That's what I was told.

From Protocol 4000:

If you are older than 65 and are not taking 6 drops of MMS1 daily...

If you are taking your vitamins and supplements in the morning, then taking 6ml of CDH (equal to 6 drops of MMS1) in the evening should be fine. If 6ml at one time bothers you, then take two CDH doses of 3ml say an hour apart.
