Check MMS Wiki in header - but .. in between the MMS try Milk Thistle - it is excellent for cleansing and supporting the liver. It is also called Silymarin (the botanical name). It is both an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Juicing would also be good to cleanse the liver. Good luck.
