Fruit juices are naturally a concentrated food. Apples do have some natural Vitamin C so I would wonder just how much C are you getting in 2 ounces of juice compared to eating an actual apple. You may be using up your MMS before it can do you much good. Hopefully, somebody else can give you a better idea.

By the way, what many people don't realize is that juices should be diluted as that is a lot of sugar, natural or not, going into the body at one time. The body can handle the diluted juice much easier.

You would need 1 ounce of liquid for every drop of MMS.
