suncasa Topic Author Offline Junior Member Posts: 39 Thank you received: 13	I was drinking water with a small amount of baking soda in it (sodium carbonate). Stupidly, I added it to my MMS solution before I drank it. Just realized there might be a chemical reaction. My stomach is hurting a bit. Anyone know? I can take some fit C to deactivate the MMS or maybe the baking soda did already? Faith in Healing. <3

Horsefeathers Offline Moderator Posts: 491 Thank you received: 321	Baking soda does neutralize MMS. Don't know why your stomach would hurt though. Hopefully it is mild for you and hopefully it will pass soon.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
