I am in the United States, in Colorado.
I ordered MMS1, 3 drop and MMS2 tablets several weeks ago and had them shipped UPS. Well they were snagged in Kentucky by the FDA and shipment to me was refused. I received two FDA letters. The first indicating that the MMS was an "unapproved drug" and/or "mislabeled". I sent a letter back and asked them to return the shipment to the point of origin. I received a second letter stating that the UPS center had to either ship the package back or destroy it. I had emailed the UPS center and asked them to return it. They are finally shipping it back today.
Meantime, I asked info@mmstabs.com to accept a new order and send it to me via regular postal mail. I received that package within an week, having to sign for it. YAY.
So, if you are in the United States, please request regular postal mail for delivery.

On another note, if anyone has experience taking the tablets, please reply. The first MMS1 table fizzied in my throat and it burned. After that I started putting them in gel caps. However, I have to take at least two glasses of water with them.
The MMS2 tabs were no problem until about the second day when I think maybe there was not enough water, or it got stuck at the lower esophageal sphincter and now I have a "painful lump" when I swallow and sometimes a lot of pain.
I have stopped all MMS for 2-3 days now and the pain is easing. I will not do any more MMS until all the pain goes away. I will be putting both the MMS1 and MMS2 in capsules with two glasses of lukewarm water to make sure then are completed swallowed into my stomach, when I start them back up again.

So, any ideas, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If it were me I would try drinking some Aloe Vera Juice if available. It is good for healing internal wounds such as ulcers. It may help you. If available, some Slippery Elm with the juice would also be helpful for healing. I had an elderly friend heal several bleeding ulcers with the combination of the two.

You have me curious about the use of lukewarm water. Why not just room temperature so as not to cause a belly ache.

This is just my personal opinion on MMS Tablets and all pre - prepared MMS products available.

Purchase the raw materials of MMS (1 & 2) . Learn how to produce/store/dispense MMS, CDS, CDH at home. Yes there is a learning curve but it's not that steep. Once you've got that skill set and supply base - then decide on purchasing pre- prepared products for convenience.

Look at the clamp down the folks are experiencing in the USA re the tablets. In Canada here we've been in lock down for some time. Stopping central supply, can be complete at the stroke of a pen!

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and taking MMS1 tablets. I'm not clear as to the exact mixture and dosing. I am a single mom living on SSD. Needless to say, it was difficult to afford the product itself and I don't have the instructions for the various protocols in the books. I've been reading posts for months for information. I've purchased and received the size 2 tablets (100). At first I began with one tablet a day mixed with ACV (approx. one teaspoon).

As of now, I squeeze as much juice as I can from half of a lime, wait until it dissolves in about one minute, and then drink the mixture. I had read to avoid eating for 4hrs. prior, and one hour afterwards. On my best days, I could only manage one tablet three times a day. As of now, I've been doing this for almost twenty days.

I have missed the past two days because my chronic pain and fatigue were overwhelming and I just was too ill and unmotivated to make the mixture. Thankfully, I purchased 100 tablets, and I have 3 more packages of 20 tablets in each remaining. Will someone please help me with suggesting a protocol for properly administering the tablets to myself?

I haven't experienced any bad side effects! The one thing that I have noticed is that my energy level has risen drastically....a miraculous gift in itself. I came across this product coincidentally when I was on the net reading about something completely unrelated. My intuition inspired me to find out about this mysterious MMS. I do my best to follow God's Will in my life and I use serenity and the absence of my own manipulative thinking to differentiate between my Will and God's Will.

This journey thus far, has been centered entirely on spiritual intuition. I have a friend doing his residency to complete med school. He was just recently relocated to a hospital in Hawaii. I have been praying and passing on little bits of info as I learn more myself in hopes of him being able to have a greater impact on the medical field helping those suffering without hope. My hope for an improved quality of life has been restored after decades of conventional medicine leading me nowhere. I have a lot of Faith and hope in MMS and I hope to be able to pass on this information to my friend so that he may become the kind of healing physician that I have been seeking from many doctors and specialist for the past twenty years.

As far as the original post, I have also found Aloe Vera gel/juice to be very healing and effective with balancing our ph levels. I was once told that was the most important of all because all harmful effects on our bodies begin in an acidic environment.

Luke warm and room temperature are the same to me. I will try the aloe vera and slippery elm as soon as I can. Thanks for the info.
I am starting up the MMS again today, but will lay off the MMS2 for awhile. I will do the aloe vera and elm at night before I go to bed.
