Hello,

I read many things that coconut oil is good for you and helps immune system.
Now I read on this forum that it goes against MMS.

Could somebody please clarify this?

Thanks,
Rene

Is a Categorical NO, Coconut oil is antioxidant!! will kill the effect of MMS. Yes Coconut Oil is excellent for the immune system but if you want to used it and you are over 50 keep in mind that increase cholesterol levels and is not good for your pressure. So I have the same worrys as you and has to stop because was not helping me with my daily maintenance drops and my pressure readings.

Personally, coconut oil did not affect my cholesterol levels and I just had labwork in May - can't speak to BP, since I am on 1/2 a tab of Divya Mukta Vati, 1-2 x a day and my BP is fine.

if you are in your maintenance drop ,your cholesterol level will be in check but if the person is not in MMS will sky rock. Where I found this Divya Mukta Vati.

I am not on maintenance at this time, Gregorio, and have not been for around 3-4 months.. I am doing a LOT of coconut oil. Actually, going over all my stuff, coconut oil has not been found to cancel MMS - and is allowed for all the autistic children except those who are experiencing SIBS or allergies to phenols.

Divya Mukta Vati is an Ayurvedic medicine from India. I think it can be googled. It was also discussed several years ago on this forum, so you should be able to use the search feature here to find it.

I have read in either mercola or natural news newsletter that coconut oil does not affect
BP or cholesterol levels.

The human body doesn't need any extracted (free) oil. The human body is design to recognize and utilize whole foods and the oils contained in those whole foods. It took me several years to finally get clear on this subject. Please watch:

It made all the difference in my life to have found and applied this information......
