I started brushing my teeth with mms 10 days prior to my dental cleaning......my hygenist was amazed, no plaque, white teeth, none of that morning slime or white stuff along the gum line. I always have lots of plaque, but it was all gone.

I'm hooked on it, I've read it also builds up enamel, and I'm 65 so I could use it, I get a sensitive tooth now and then, so I figure I'll be having great teeth for my old age. I read that 25% of people over 50 don't have half their teeth anymore, and 50% over 65 don't have any teeth ~ ick!

It's really not hard, I just put a 3 drop mixture in a cup, add a little water (an ounce), use a drop of tooth paste and dip my brush in the cup a few times, then I swish with the remaining mixture. I'm so happy ~ I won't ever have to listen to the drill bit anymore, or endure the pain.

Instead of using toothpaste, I put a few drops of MMS1 in a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda and brush my teeth. Do think this is a good idea?

A note about toothpaste. It is said that the colored square found on the crimp at the closed end of toothpaste tubes signifies what is in the toothpaste. According to the article found at web site www.snopes.com/inboxer/household/toothpastemarkings.asp this is not true. The best way to find out what is in toothpaste is to read the ingratiates on the label. If you are like me you may need to look up the ingratiates to learn what they are.

I am brushing teeth with MMS for more than year... After several days my teeth became more yellow because CLO2 oxidize plaque and limestone, and layers of unwanted flora (bacterias, viruses etc,).. After one week more, my teeth were became whiter and smoother than any time before... I have to say that I have better results with citric acid activation than with hcl... But that is just my opinion...

Please take a notice if you feel sudden weird smell during brushing teeth with MMS, if you can smell something strong like unpleasant smell (killing larger amounts of caries bacteria in several moments will produce that smell), likely you have caries or tooth cavity somewhere back in your mouth, hidden from you sight...
MMS kills caries but as Mr. Jim said tooth won't recover itself so you have to go to the dentist, or today there is some successful alternative teeth remineralization protocols even for caries and tooth decay...
Regards!
